The platform's role is booking, translation and escort intermediation. The medical relationship is between you and the hospital; the platform is not a party to it and bears no responsibility for the medical decision or its outcome.
A booking is confirmed by the hospital within the published window; if it is not confirmed, the request is cancelled and the amount refunded in full.
Any cost estimate made before an actual examination is shown as a range, not a single figure, and may change after the doctor's assessment.
Refunds follow each service's policy and the time remaining before the appointment, and are executed after administrative review.
