We collect only the data needed to deliver the service: account details, request details, and the medical intake with its attachments.
Medical data is processed under a separate explicit consent, and is transferred outside China only under a second, independent consent. Your attachments are encrypted at rest, and every read is written to a medical access log that the platform reviews.
Who sees what: the patient sees their own file, a hospital coordinator sees only their own hospital's patients, and a logistics escort never sees medical reports at all.
You may request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account through support. The platform retains what it is legally required to keep for financial records.
